Resident Evil The Umbrella Chronicles

I've had this game for over a year now and I still haven't completed it. I don't know why I can't get past the third chapter. What gives?

I meant to say the fourth and final scenario. I'm stuck witth the first mission of Wesker in that scenario.

How do I get higher scores? I've avoided Game Over's. I try to finish the boss as early I can (by saving rocket launcher ammunition). What else can I do?
