Ridley as Assist Trophy in SSBB Likely.

Ridley as an assist trophy in ssbb would be nice in my eyes. I just couldn't see him as a full character. I know many people want him in brawl, but come on guys lets think outside the box for a little bit. Could any of you guys honestly see Ridely as a full character or as an assit trophy. He could even be a boss in Samus' story mode the possibilities are endless. But for right now i dont think he will be a full character in brawl.

I dont care if Ridley is in or not I'll use him once or twice.

Actually Ridley as a character is very likely do to the lack of Metroid characters in Brawl. Also if they had bowser and ganondorf in melee and bowser is confirmed in Brawl (both big characters that were downsized) what stops developers from making Ridley a full character. Secondly I think a Metriodwould actually be a good assist trophy becuase it could just come out suck on an enemy (raising enemies pecentage of course). Third and last it is all ready rumored (RUMORED is the key word here for all you people who feel like flaming this) that Sakurai confirmed Ridley as aplayable character. Now i'm not saying ridley will be playable cuz we don't know until it is officially announced or until the game comes out.Mario-Luige

Thats where I saw that before. I was going through old Wii forums when I found my sig and I knew I saw it somewhere else before well sorry but its just too dam funny for me to rid of!

i can definitely see ridley as a full character. they were able to downsize bowser tremendously so they shouldnt have a problem doing it with ridley. Also, they are lacking metroid characters so i dont see why they wouldnt put him in it.jaemillz555

Im pretty sure Ridley was already announced as a full character at around the same time wind waker link and baby bowser were...actually im positive. He's definitely in....duble_Needler23

That was only a rumor but yes it has been said ridley, bowser jr, windwaker link are in brawl. I would really love to see them but until i see physical proof I just won't beleive it, but my fingers are crossed.

you never know h.kojima ask the person who did smash bros to put snake in it but it was to late to put him in melee so thsy put him in brawl

Ridley, Bowser Jr., and Wind Waker Link have all already been announced. I don't have the website where I saw it on, but if I find it, I'll post it.

If you're so desperate for more Metroid characters, then how about DARK SAMUS!! Anyone think about him? I do not see Ridley ever making a full character, never... Think for a second. What does Super Smash Bros. fighting look like? Combos and frantic multiplayer right? Now just picture Ridley trying to fight like that. Ridley does not fit the criteria to fight like that. Ridley would make much more sense being an Assist Trophy, not a full character.Lord_Omikron666

yea i agree.....u got to think about the fighting style plus honestly if ridely was a playable character i dont think he would play good....anyway he would make a great assist trophy
