Rock Band 2 Wii to be Almost Fully-Featured

I'll still get World Tour Wii, but I'll get this, too if I have any cash leftover. Other than that, i'll stick with World Tour Wii (since I have a GH3 guitar).

UPDATE: Bad news, Rock Band 2 Wii will have online & DLC, but some features from the PS3/360 versions will be missing (i'm guessing Character Creation & World Tour).

Thank God. I can't believe they actually cut down a PS2 game to release it on the wii. There's no excuse for that kind of thing.

Though usually GH has those special video game themed songs for dlc, so, Im hoping for some metroid music.

Guitar Hero, in my opinion, looks to be worse than Rock Band 2 in every way - of course, I'll keep my final judgement for when the full track list is revealed.

I already have the current Rock Band for the Wii (they did black-magic selling it for the wii last-minute), so i guess I'll just buy Rock Band 2. I don't like that I got sold like that, but I'll settle for it (I still HATE Activision)

Im getting rock band 2 for sure. and i would like to thank the wi community. I was posting in some PS3 threads and everyone was a total jerk. So thak you to all the good wii owners

Other... Even if it was fully featured I think it would be a pain to deal with friend codes and storage when it comes to playing the game. And the article didn't seem very convincing that it would be 'fully featured' either, only that it would be as lame as the first horrible port.raahsnavj

Eh, I already got Rock Band for my 360 last year, so I'll be sticking with RB2 on the 360 as well. I really don't need another set of plastic instruments via Wii version or bothering to get World Tour. Besides, Neversoft somehow managed to rip all of the soul out of the GH franchise, overchart every song possible, and make the character designs even uglier.

Also, Air_wolf, I know that RB2 has at least one Offspring song.

Now both are on level on the Wii, Music Creator desides it all. Oh, Only World Tour has it, World Tour wins this year. Nice move, Rock Band (please, do what you did on RB2 Wii more often), but unless you get a Music Creator, Activision has my money this year.N-One

yeah same. plus the GH guitar looks sweet with that touch pad jawn. rock band just has those tiny keys that are hard to hit.
