Anyone mad? Source is www.wii.tv (one of the articles listed on that page) which will source another thing to another thing... anyways I just want to start conversation about:
1. Animals ridable in mario kart?! whhhhat?! Like the rino from donkey kong country?
2. Only 8 players instead of 12 online... boo hoo?
well 8 players is not that bad it would be fun with 12 and i think riding animals would be fun and hopefully it is true id like to ride on that ostrich(however you spell it) lol
whats that 8 players to one wii ? i think thats a lot or do ur not gonna have 12 player in your house realisticly. or do u mean somthing else i dont quite understand
Oddly enough, I've never played Wii online - I've taken it online and checked out the channels and downloaded things, but never once played it online. Until a few days ago I never even knew Wii had friend #s like user-names.
animals would be interesting as dk's karts or possibly as speed boost items as for the online thing, it's probably not true, nintendo have said that they are going for 12 themselves
I also heard a rumor that Mario was Master Chief's father, but it was just a rumor. What was it that Reggie said at this years pseudo-E3? 8 would be enough for me, so long as the number balances the number of people who snake, the people who leave when they lose, and the people who just want to race normally with items then that will suit me fine. (I know how to snake I just don't find it fun to do.)
That's false. All Mario Karts only have 8 players on SNES, N64and maybe GameBoy Advance. Mario Kart for GameCube had more than 8 players and I think Mario Kart DS might have had 9 or something. Either way, the TC was talking about playing online.
And there are already animals in Mario Kart....Donkey Kong is an Ape andYoshi is a Dinosaur :p.
Its not a problem for me but being that this is an arcade style racer it should probabaly be up to 16 also they should that method where if people D/C then a computor player is in place of it like SSBB.
ALSO IF THEY IGNORE LAN ONCE AGAIN IN A WII GAME I AM GONNA FREAK. I would definitely use LAN more than online ebcause by brother has a Wii also and so does his friend. If they do not do LAN I will seriously be pissed off.
ok did everyone just ignore bob newman's post. this rumor was fake it was posted in neogafs with confirmation yesterday. this rumor was started and ended yesterday so there is no 8 player online and no ridable animals. i belive its 12 players online
wii.tv is as credible as the sony defence force. they made this up so people would go on ther site. they were the ones who made up that zelda taking place in the future thing as well.
