Rumor: Resident Evil Code Veronica remake?

right,so i saaw this on kotaku today,and knowing capcom its either a remake or a port of the gamecube version. personally,i'd like a remake of RE2 in the RE4 style (i know traditionalists might disagree),but its just that RE4 is what got me into the series,then i went and tried the old oness,and it wasnt working out,lol

wow... judging by that article, it looks like they are just going to port code veronica onto the wii. Bad move, capcom, bad move....

If it's an actual remake...... I dont know how I feel about that either. It would make since since it's a game with Chris in it and they might be trying to cash in on his popularity what with RE5 right around the corner................. but still, I'd rather see a remake of another RE game. Or better yet a NEW one all together? Fat chance though

Unless it got a huge overhaul I probably wouldn't buy it. I played that game to death on the Dreamcast.

If Code Veronica was completely rebuilt on the RE4 engine, I would be "very happy very soon".

If it is exactly the same as the GameCube version, I would be very upset.

Not to mention we'd be dealing with a port (from the gamecube) of a port (from the ps2 version) of a port (the dreamcast version).
