What? You say the Wii doesn't have violent and shooter games? What about MOH Vanguard and MOH Heroes 2, Far Cry, Red Steel, The Godfather, Manhunt 2, Scarface, just to mention some. Can you specify what violent games is the Wii missing?

Because the DS has sold like 60 million units and devlopers like money. The shooters will come, give it time. How many shooters did the DS have after one year? None, that's how many.
What the hell dirtymurdy, if you want online FPS games then get a 360. All your posts are like "wen is Wii getting online shooters lolololol??"

Anyway, there's quite a few violent shooter games, and if you want online.. There's still some. Now, the Wii's been out for a single year. Give it some time. And as gonzales stated, if you want a lot of online FPS, you should get a 360.
but dont forget how long the ds has been out. and how long it took for it to get those games........ dont worry, they should come (as did for the ds). it'll just take some time?
as much as i pledge my love for nintendo. i've got to say... i've been registering a lot of hours with my 360 and on live with a bunch of FRIENDS and FAMILY
