screen size 3ds issue

The 3d screen whilst an amazing thing it is, don't you think that in ya face 3d will be crippled on such a small screen? Avatar 3d @ the cinema....pow in ya face....amazing!!! i get that but 3ds tiny screen? will it be enough?

Well Avatar wasn't really full of in-your-face 3D, which is why it was so good (visually that is). Things popping out of the screen is not only difficult to pull off without looking crap, but it very quickly becomes a total gimmick. Depth is the main point of 3D, and the experience of that won't be damaged too badly by the small screen.

Docters everywhere will see a rise in epilepsy and severe seasures because of 3d on such a tiny screen. IT JUST DOESN'T WORK!

Exactly. The point is not to make things seem like they are flying out at you although it may be possible to a small degree. The real point is to add a depth that did not exist except in our imaginations.

You're really still stuck on this? Nintendo was a little worried is would cause developmental problems in the eyes of very young players. Doctors won't have to worry about seizures.
