Sensor Bar sensitivity

I recently changed the sensitivityto 5 and it seems like my aiming is more accurate when I aim the remote at the TV. Is this what sensitivity means or does it mean how fast it moves across the screen? Thx

When I adjusted the sensitivity, I always felt it captured a more accurate point from the wiimote to the sensor. Speed doesn't have anything to do with it I don't think.
