Please take this moment to realize just what it means to lose one of them. And for those that have lost one, take this moment to reflect on how much they meant to you. At least if you've nothing else to be thankful for... be thankful they were able to make you. p.s. it's in this forum because the game in reference is Animal Crossing.
Man, my heart goes out to whoever lost a loved one. I fear the day when it will happen to me, but I know I have nothing to really fear for I know I'll see my parents someday again when they do pass away.
Sad thing is, the mom (at the time) probably thought that was something small, and she just wanted to be nice to her son, thinking they still played the game. I bet she did not know she would die and he would only open it after that.
Even though it's fake (most likely) it is touching.
