Covers about the first half of the game. It's not the greatest guide in the world, but it's nice for those first few hours of enemy and boss fights that can be difficult at the lower levels.

really? i havent looked at it in detail yet (flipped thru it tho), but its relatively massive and it only covers 1/2 the game!?! neat, but i dont intend to use mine period, maybe look at it when i beat the game so its moot either way (for me at least)

does the book that comes with the limited edition covered the entire campaign or does it just cover the basics?

He's right. The strategy book is more of a collector's item. If you need help with fusions or a guide, just google and look for similar gamefaqs questions.
