Should Gamefreak make a pokemon game where you can go to all the regions?

It would be nice to see it happen, but 2 reigons in one game again would be enough for me.

I've been wanting it for years. They need to use multiple DS cards, they've used multiple discs for some consoles so the same concept could apply here.

The only problem with that would be that all of your pokemon would probably be level 100 by the time you got to the last region.

I could see it possibly drawing a new crowd/bring back old fans who have turned away from Pokemon. Their formula works, that's why they sell millions every time, but it needs new direction in the sense of gameplay mechanics. I know level 100 is high, but if they're are multiple regions, why not go higher? More uses of the touch screen, such as solving some puzzles with it instead of just using an HM. There are so many things that could spark a breakthrough, I really hope the silver and gold remakes have more than mentioned so far (more than just a remake basically).

Maybe when you visit the next region, you have to leave all of your pokemon behind and they have to stay on that region until you link the pcs at the end of the game for a super awesome elite four battle (poke world elite 4)

Well, there are some pretty big games on DS. I could see them squeezing a couple regions into a cartridge.

thing is, even if gamefreak wanted to, blame Nintendo for having DS games be restricted to 256MB on the DS game cards max.

developers should be allowed to ask for more i say. not all will need it, but a game with all these regions, andhundreds of pokemon, if not thousands, gyms, badges, 3D Pearl graphics could take up near 1GB. flash memory is so cheap, i don't know why devs. don't have the option to take their DS games into the 1 gigabyte territory

but as usaul, why would gamefreak do something for the fan's pockets when they could simply keep milking a good series?

you guys have been buying 2 versions of the same game with small differences, and then buying a 3rd version with more features 2 years later that should've been the original launch product anyway for 10 years now

Yes!!!!!!!!!!! They should! But that'd be a dsi or next handheld game because it wouldn't fit on a ds card.

I'd like one, but maybe right before Pokemon goes out of business (as if). You see, if they make one now, and then come out with a new game later, everyone would demanding a whole new game encluding that new region, which be WAYYY too much work. And I don't know how much fun four regions of tha same thing could be.
