have a look on play.com......http://www.play.com/Games/Wii/4-/3385903/Wii-Remote-Charging-Stand/Product.html
It looks really cool, one guy gave it a bad review but the other reviews are good.

Reviews look good, but it doesn't come with batteries. So if I have to buy batteries anyways... wouldn't it be better to get a Duracell/Energizer/Panasonic charger?

yeah but it has blue lights!!!
should I just buy rechargeable batteries and a charger from Duracell or Energizer or something similar? All those Wii charge stations seem to be pretty poor from what I've read. Your recommendations are greatly appreciated!token08yeah, I'd recommend some kind of charging device, try a charging station like the nyko one
Do not get a docking station, they're a waste of money. They don't last as long per charge or overall life.
The problem is that each time you put the Wiimote back on the dock it wastes a charge. Since batteries don't have a mind they don't know if the Wiimote needs a charge or not so it charges. If the Wiimote has 10% power left it charges. If the Wiimote has 90% left it charges.

For less then 30 dollars you get 4 batteries plus charger. Now no matter what batteries you get make sure they're 2500 or higher. Some people think they don't last as long but they don't understand how to pick them out. As long as it's 2500 or longer you'll be fine.
Another advantage with the rechargeable AA's is that anything that Nintendo comes out with you'll be able to run (Wii Fit Board anyone?) plus anything else in your house that needs AA's.
2500+ AA's = Good, docking station = Bad
my buddy has one and he likes his charging station so I would get it if I were you. also when I get a wii wii I will most likeally get one

This is exactly what I have too...
I've only had it for a bit, but I'm happy! THis gets my vote for all of the reasons jayson has mentioned and more. I got mine for around 20. $5 dollars for a 4 pack of batteries and you can see that it's more cost effective and doesn't have all the bad reviews that say NYKO has....
