NO. DS got mindless brain and childish games. I use to love ds until i got a psp, which is way better. DS just got boring for me bc of the medicore games being released game after game, and yes i do have every major ds release. just save ur money or buy more psp games

dude, DS's rock but it depends on your interest; PSP's have better graphics but i'd say DS's have better games.

Seriously, it's a bit pointless asking on the DS board when everyone says it's a good choice, including me. You'd be better off checking out the systems' library of games and see which ones are interesting to you. If the DS looks like it has good games to you, that's all that really matters and should justify whether you should buy one.
theres not mature games but i bet youll still like it. its not only for 8 year olds both systems can get boring though all the time you hear stuff like this from psp and ds
nope, if you like mature games and you already have a PSP, I would not recommend picking up a DS, I think you'd be disappointed in it's lack of "mature" games and the severe graphical and sound downgrade.
The only mature games that the ds has are ultimate mortal kombat, resident evil, and dementium: the ward. The ds in my opinion is good to have if you don't own one. I have a DS and enjoy playing it because you can play gba games as well as ds games. The lineup of games is mostly geared toward children because almost all of the game are rated everyone with a feature rated teen. If you are bored with you psp then you might get bored with the ds if you take a look at the games that nintendo offers. Its cheaper and the games are fun to play but do tend to take advantage of the tounch screen controls since the lack of an analog stick.
Yes but i think the PSP is a tiny bit better though i mean im A Accion,Fighting,Raceing and Sports game fan! but the DS has some amazing games and it has WI-FI and the touch screen so i say go buy it right now! i only have 3 games! but there fun,i will be buying some more this month.
