I would recommend a wii.

But it is your decision, you might get disappointed with the wii or it's games after a while.

But what do I know?

You needn't ask any more, those are quite a few games already that interest you, I am almost sure that once you do get one, not only will you find other titles to your liking, but you will be looking forward to some of the upcoming games.

Have you tried any game play you of any of the games you want? I certainly think it's worth it and I've got other systems as well, but I could never give up my Wii..

Also, if your PS3 has PS2 backwards compatability, they you can get Okami for PS2 instead and it will be cheaper. I my self have it for Wii.

The Wii isn't to be compared with the X360 and PS3.

The Wii is unique. While it lacks in audiovisuals and online play, two reasons you would buy the PS3/X360, it's a unique, fun system, which is great at parties, if you enjoy playing splitscreen games in short 15 minute sittings.

It'll depend on if there are any other future titles of interest coming out.

My Wii has been pretty much unused ever since I got tired of Brawl, and have since just been purchasing titles for my PS3 instead (since the Wii always gets the **** of the stick with regards to multi-plat titles, and no worthwhile exclusives in my eyes as of lately), so I'd ensure you got yourself a nice big list of titles to take your time with to justify the initial system and controller expenses.

(if your PS3 has BC you can just grab Okami for the PS2 cheap and play it that way)

it's really on a per-person basis, but it helps to ensure you'll get more than 6 titles out of the system within the next year to get your moneys worth out of the system.

I reckon you should get a Wii, it's a good secondary console.
Galaxy, Brawl, Mario Kart, Zelda, Metroid Prime 3, Super Paper Mario are all great.
And there are also a lot of unknown games that are really good.
Your choice, but a Wii would be good to mix up from the PS3

Since you already have a PS3, I'd say Wii would be a pretty nice console to go with it. You have PS3 for all your good graphics fps's and rpg's and stuff, and online, and Wii for it's unique exclusives and for when you have friends over. If you have a sibling that plays video games too, then Wii is like 5 times more fun.

i have a ps3 as my primary gaming console and i bought a wii to compliment it. im completely happy with my decision. nintendo made a high quality secondary console. you do generally get a different experience with the wii. there arent a ton of games (not bad considering how affordable the console and games are), but i dont see how somebody could go through a whole gaming generation without some of the bigger nintendo franchises.
