should i get resident evil 4?is it really that good?

i never had a gc, so i never played re4..so i got a wii, so i was planning on getting this game..i heard it was only 20 bucks?yes?

and why is this game so good then the others? how long is it?and is it really THAT violent?cus i have to confince my parents to buy this..i don't really care about the scare factor, more about the blood....so can anybody give me a hint on how good/violent this game is?

If you don't play this game you are really missing out. I have only played the PS2 version (which is apparently the second worst of the 4 ports, PC being the worst) and still loved it. I can't imagine how much better the experience would be if your first play through is on the Wii.

Tell your parents that you need this game incase their is an outbreak of Las Plagas and you wish to learn how to defend yourself by practicing with the Wiimote.

well i only play a demo on gamestop on the gc version and i love it so i get it.

You can also wait until the Wii version comes out on june 19th, I think it's gonna be very cool to play witht he Wii remote. 

It's violent, yes, there are shredded corpses some places, and such, but it's not like GTA, you don't beat old women with a bat, or something. If they're okay with you watching zombies movies, you should be okay (no Zombies in that one, but close). curious_dead

You should absolutely without a doubt get this game. It's the best game of all-time. It uses the intense atmosphere to make the game exciting as fun as well as scary. It's a gaming masterpiece in every way.

It is violent, no question, but it's not like Manhunt 2. The violence is a part of the game rather than the point of the game. Although it's more graphic I don't even think it's nearly as bad as GTA because you aren't mass murdering innocent people casually (not that I don't plan GTA). You're shooting brain-washed people that are trying to kill you.

It is an awesome game and you should get it.

RE4 is the ultimate... Wii game. Though I pretty sure LoZ:TP is better than RE4 but still it's totally awesome. Now Wii's got 2 of the greatest next gen games followed by PS3's Motorstorm. Really if u haven't bough it already, u really should.
