I think they should it would be really fun 2 play with friends. They probably dont have much space for the DS so they should just use the old characters from the very first smash bros (N64). If they could make Mario Party for DS, why not Smash Bros.
IDK if they could make the game so its single card compatable but if they could they should at lease make it half the characters and half the levels. If everyone has the game they should put everything in the game.
Nope. Like someone said, Brawl is out. I wouldn't pay to buy a smash bros which is inferior, and the only thing good about it is being portable. Not that I have a Wii, but haven't we heard of this argument before? People want games like Starcraft and Diablo on the DS, but for what purpose? You could play those games at home. Next thing you know, people will ask for such games as Counterstrike, World of Warcraft, or Final Fantasy XI to be on the DS. I ask again: For what reason, other than being portable?
They could make the game. Resedent evil for the ds took up around 256 Mb of data, and i heard some ds chips can hold up to 1gb but that would cost like 50 bucks for a game so thats y its not used by nintendo, but SSBDS could be an exception. I would pay 50 bucks for it.

First off a game on the DS is half the price as a console game on a non-Nintendo console. Example Civilization Revolution.
