That sucks man! I just started this game on Christmas too and I have about 15 hours in it. The beginning was frustrating because I had to keep training...

I made a sandwich with peanut butter and jelly. Now those go together! I concur with the TC. I think it's amazing that most of the time that siblings erase data, it's when there are three save files (or more on a console). I had a GS2 file with EVERYTHING (best weapons, armor, max lv, all djinni, the works) and an empty file I said my bro could use, so he deletes that save file instead. Just blows my mind.

Sorry about that. Siblings just aren't always that bright.

Once my brother erased my file on Ty The Tasmanian Tiger for the GC. That was one of my favorite games of that era, and I was pretty mad then. I would suggest teaching your brother (and any other siblings) how menu screens work on games, and how to not erase or save over them. After I taught my brother that, he never erased anything of mine again. He did erase his own Yoshi's Island DS data, but that's his own game so it's not my problem. :P

Hopefully you will be able to get your game data back after a little play, and I hope everything works out.

Yeah that sucks, I'm like the game fascist in my house. I always make my siblings(or cousins) start a save file with close supervision -by me- and then turn them loose. But it took experience with some save files.

That's why when I buy a DS game, I do not let my brother play it. If he wants to play it so badly, he can buy his own copy. Even if the specific game has more than one save file.

As for consoles, I let him play only if he has his own memory card or profile (Xbox) to save things under.

Show him the DS again and then punch him in the face. That way whenever he sees the DS he'll have bad flashbacks of him getting hit and he'll never go near it again.
