Well, it's not a huge problem. but it's started buzzing when i put wii games in it, from what i've seen it isn't hurting any of the discs it just buzzes. it's kind of annoying and it never did that before, so i was wondering if anyone knew why it's doin' it. >.>

A lot of people have already reported this... including myself. If you really want to, you can send your Wii in and Nintendo will either give you a new one or fix your current one. If you want to just stick it out like me and not worry about it, then go for it! The buzzing does get somewhat annoying, but I've gotten so used to it now that it doesn't bother me a bit. I actually keep forgetting that it does it until someone mentions it in the boards.

But seriously, it's not a big deal, and it's truly up to you whether or not you want to do something about it.

Have you gotten the latest firmware update? That tends to fix the buzzing issue some people have had. It's nothing compared to an xbox 360 when playing a dvd though.

Send it in, because in a few weeks or maybe days it will start giving you disc errors. I had the same problem and sent it in, they replaced a disc mechanism in my system.

Just make sure when you talk to the phone rep about sending it in you say if you have any vc purchases or points left in the machine.
