Slow download times

Hey everyone, i have a problem. Everytime I download a game/channel/update it takes FOREVER to download. For example, the Metroid Preview. When I try to watch the video it keeps "buffering" forever. I still havent seen it yet because it takes so long to load. Any solutions to this problem?

You do it in your web browser to get "into" your router

Should be in the manual, that's what I suggest because they're all different. It's probably on 6 now because that's default for most brands.

Mine takes forever too, but i don't know why either.
