Smash Bros 64 released on VC?

I haven't heard any news of the classic smash bros being released on VC anytime soon, although it would be wonderful if they could release SSB for us wii owners to tide us over for the extra month of wait time.

Does anyone know if it's getting released on VC?

someone asked that in nintendo power and the response was: We cant reveal anything yet, but remember how metroid and super metroid were released before metroid prime 3, and super mario bros. 3 was released before super mario galaxy, so theres a good chance that it will happen.

i heard a rumor that they will release it the day after brawl comes out in US since the 9th is a sunday you can expect it on the following monday :Dmerch

thats retarded , whats the point in releasing it after brawl when everyone including me be playing brawl? they need to releasing it next week.
