the wii doesnt really need saving..theICE_MAN
QFT. Soo many awesome games are out or coming out for your internet browser. :)
I've been concentrating on all of the sports games and halo 3 for 360. So my wii hasn't exactly gotten much attention. The only thing I've used the wii for lately is the internet browser, it was great not having to go upstairs to my computer to find a guide for the hidden skulls in halo3. It looks like I'm finally gonna be happy with my purchase once Super Mario Galaxy comes out though. Anyone else feel the same?St0ned_R4ider
saving from what? red rings? oh wait....
Nothing to save the Wii from. Number 1 of this generation even with the 360 having a year's head start. Some hotly anticipated titles and some people that want one still can't find one because they sell out so quick. Not exactly a system in trouble here.dodgersfan7800Ah very true however they also have a bunch of lackluster ports and original novelty games on it. This is the first system seller on the wii and I gotta dust mine off for it.
The Wii needs saving from the Halo banter of Xbox fanboys. Don't get me wrong, the 360 is a good system (when it doesn't shut down due to fundamental design flaws), but SMG can top Halo. It doesn't need saving. Master Chief has Mario's foot up his rear end on this one.Arkthemaniac
LMFAO truer words were never spoken
um the wii needs saving???? if the wii needed saving my wii senses would be tingling. let me say this one more time mario strikers charged, battlion wars, mp3,exite truck, gh3, loztp and so many more good wii games out there.
just to let u know my wii senses will never go off

Agreed, the Wii is doing fine for sales (obviously) but as a console that will hold the interest of gamers it's not doing so great. I love games and used to be a big Nintendo fan even to the end of the GameCube days. I really wanted to get a Wii, then it came out and so did an onslaught of mediocre games. SMG looks crazy fun though. I'll pick up a Wii eventually just for that... and raving Rabbids...

Obviously the wii is selling like hotcakes, but it just hasn't had enough quality games coming out as of yet. Eventually people were gonna realize that and it would have declined. SMG will change that though. Even though my wii collected dust for a long time I never thought of selling it because I had faith it would get a good game eventually. I'm sorry kids, but I'm not a halo or 360 fan boy I just like games and have been playing since I was a kid with an original NES. It's great MP3 came out and all, but fps games don't appeal to me unless they have online play, I never liked any of the other metroid games either. With that said, it's a damn shame the 360 doesn't have a web browser. It would be nice to use it for smg game guides =\St0ned_R4ider
I already got your point after reading your 1st post, but it seems that mentioning Halo 3, 360, and Wii saving in the same sentence just triggers that kind of reactions here..
I think you're right though, a lot of gamers or people planning to buy a console now really are drawn more and more to the Wii due to its increasingly powerful library. I for example often wait out for several reasons which come down to money and the available games. Zelda TP and RE4, two of the strongest Wii library titles, were already available on the cube and others more recent ones (Fire Emblem and Super Paper Mario) are also great titles but still cubish in a way... but now with the likes of Galaxy, MP3, Brawl, and 3rd party titles as Z&W the Wii library is getting very impressive.
People who will say Wii=fad from now on will just be dead wrong! It took the 360 a while to build its library as well..

Ya I didn't even buy a 360 until gears of war was released.
In other news, the people that are stuck inside a super market with no way out were saved today when rescue crews were able to send in food and water to the thirsty and hungry people inside.
One conspiracy-theorist was stated as saying "WTF? They don't need to be rescued, they've got all they need inside" Police immediately arrested this man in connection with other crimes as-of-yet not mentioned.
