So I saw some Metroid 3 gameplay today.....

and it is AWESOME!

I work at a local pizza shop in LA and every now and then IGN orders from us. So i got their order and headed on over to see 3 guys all rallied around a 62" (ya, I asked) TV playing Metroid 3. I stayed for about 10 minutes just watching them play and the graphics looked really really sharp, especially for Wii. Even though I didn't actually play, the gameplay looked incredibly smooth as well and the environment was stunning. They said that they were having the most fun that they have had on the Wii since they first opened it... so expect great things! (not like you weren't already, but w/e)

P.S. I didn't ask anything about the story because I didn't want to ruin it for myself :P

sweet! if this game gets as good of a response as the first metroid prime for the gc, i'm gonna get a wii. i've wanted to get a wii since it came out, but if they make the new metroid prime game as well designed as the first one, that'll be a definitive reason for me to get a wii. also, i already know ssbb is going to be really really good.

I didn't actually, but they had notebooks/papers that had lots of stuff written down on them. I assumed it was for the review/walkthrough that they'll make

sorry for the late post, but to answer a few questions

yes there were jaggies, but the were pretty minor.

the game looked and played as beautifully as its made out to...

the lock on works really well, without making the game too easy... its perfect.
