Man this game is tough on you my legs are sore and ive lost two pounds. the running i place eally works (so long as you keep the wii remote in your pocket) and the hula hooping is way more of a workout than i expected. plus i get up and do yoga in the morning which really kind of kickstarts my day. I really dont care if this a casual game (if you can call it a game) it works and its the only time ive reffered to working out as a game.

does anyone else here appreciate this game for what it is?

I haven't tried it yet, but I would like to. I'm pretty fit and I run outdoors alot, but when I go back to college I would prefer to get this and do it in my dorm room rather then exercise in front of people I don't know at a gym O.o (since that is my main reason for avoiding them in the first place) My sister is considering getting a wii for this and wii sports, and she hates video games. It's amazing how nintendo has been able to reach out to audiences that view video games as either lazy or wasteful.

lol I don't understand people who say playing video games is being "lazy." Some video games probably take more mental energy than doing some easy homework or something. Playing easy video games is being lazy.

I am likely to get Wii Fit because Punch Out Wii is coming to E3. It's gonna use the combination Wiimote/Nunchuk and you se the balance board for it. quote me on it if you'd like.

Hey, keep exercising and improving your balance/muscle tone
