so who are the people that pre ordered galaxy

im just wondering because most people pre order the game even though u could just walkin to the store the next day and find 200 copies at walmart.

I pre-ordrered. I just have this bad feeling that at the last minute, Nintendo will goof and send em all to Bangladesh or something...... Nah, probably not. Question though: Can you purchase it Tuesday? Or is it a Wed release? (at gamestop)

well, I didn't make a trip specially TO preorder, but since I was already in the mall on other business, I stopped by to preorder. it doesn't exactly cost anything, and it ensures I get my game regardless of any shipping mistakes or what-not. worst case scenario I have to go somewhere else and buy it the day after, but I would still get my money back, so no big deal.

yeh, i ordered mine. but thats because i dont know if i will be able to get off campus to a store to buy one for a couple of days. so i just ordered online to be shipped here.

I pre-ordered the game a couple of days ago. I wanted to make sure I got it the day it arrives. I like to have just one store I know I can walk into and walk out with the game. When I don't pre-order, I'm usually driving around store to store asking if it came in yet. This goes on for hours since I have about 8 stores within a couple of miles from me that would carry the game. It's exhausting and with gas prices today... I have peace of mind right now knowing I'm guaranteed a game.

Plus I traded in a bunch of games and an Xbox to be able to pay it off which is nice since I have no money. I was also able to get a Wii Points card. I finished downloading every major Mario platform, so I can now play every Mario game on just one console. I'll have plenty to do before I get my hands on Mario Galaxy.
