All I need to know is if there is a way to find out if a store has them before I go. What day do I go (I heard sunday is when most stores get more) ? Is there any way to find out if they have any left before I go? Should I find out what time they open and go right then? What stores have some left even if I go later in the day? Good Idea, But since they are a bigger store that means there will be more people going there to get a wii right? I think I will go with walmart they've never let me down...unlike best buy.

yea bestbuy is a pain. I tend to dislike them. Â
shouldnt be taht bad, most people go to gaming stores to buy gaming stuff.  but i always hear of walmarts getting much larger shipments than EB games and such.. just try, keep calling them, and pay attention, you should be able to get one.
Wii is still sold out? Holy. Try going to somewhere most people don't think of, like a grocery store that also has an electronics department. Most places here get shipments on Wednesdays/Thursdays. I'd just go in and ask your specific store.

You're also in with a better chance if you go somewhere a bit rural. A costco, bestbuy, target or walmart out in the sticks will give you a fighting chance. If like me, you live in a thriving area with lots of development, the competition will be that much harder. There's slightly less demand elsewhere. I had been trying for weeks to get Wii at my local Target, but there was always a huge line before opening. Then a friend stumbled across one in a costco out of town and called me. Astonishingly to me, this was at 6pm.
how about a big plaza thing with a kbtoys a kmart and a gamestop? I should be able to find it in one of them right? If not there are like 50 different stores I could go to.
Call Wal-Mart/K-Mart and ask them when their next shipment of Wii's are expected, then on the day they give, go there when the store opens and line up. When the truck comes in, you will get your wii.
Thats what I had to do, only at the time Wal-mart didnt know when they would get in, so I had to line-up every day for 2 weeks.

I called and everyone said next month which I know is a lie. Sam's Club said next week though so I guess ill stop by there on sunday.
well I got one from ebay cuz I figure its only $50 more (not even) and its a lot less work. It's going to ship really fast so thats good and I got 3 games from amazon so thanks for all the help. :) Â
Get SSX, if you have a lot of friends over fairly often, get WarioWare. It's an insane party game. Also try sonic and the secret rings, trauma center, and i guess if your not tired of racing games yet...excite truck.

nah I already got the games but thanks for the reccomendations. I got red steel because I think if I just give it a chance it wont be too bad. I also got excite truck because it looks awesome and sonic because..who doesnt love a good sonic game.
