[QUOTE="skelly7483"]For everyones info I did not buy the game, I played it at a friend's house for about 4 hours before coming home and playing Metroid. By the way I am not "clouding" anything. My topic is "Someone slap EA" not Tiger Woods 08 sucks, so its not just a Tiger Woods discussion.Jaysonguy
Wait, so you're ranting about a game you don't even own? lol
EA has been in with the Wii from the start and very well with Madden and Carbon at launch. They followed it up with SSX and they took the chance and put Tiger on the Wii when there was little in Nintendo's history to make sure it would sell well. They also released A Harry Potter and Medal of Honor game for each game's fanbase.
They followed that up by putting out a much improved Madden with the complete game, almost two dozen games, and online. Then they didn't skip this year's Tiger crowd even though it's been like I said less then 5 months and released an improved Tiger.
They're going to follow it up this holiday season with a new Need for Speed, an online 8 person multiplayer NBA Live, FIFA soccer, and My Sims.
EA is getting the games to the people and not ignoring the platform. Right now just like many other devs not called Nintendo they're behind as far as what the Wii can do but they've also dedicated a studio into making it happen.
EA is one of the companies that Wii fans should respect for what they've been willing to do for the Wii so far and the investment they've made in the console for the future.
Absolute bull. It's not a respect issue whatsoever. EA creates commodities that people choose to purchase. Tiger '08 is disingenous at best, being that it has almost no improvements whatsoever from the previous version.
I'm glad you think it's on the consumer to somehow know that the game hasn't changed. However plenty of people think that it's on EA to not release a 'new' product that isn't remotely new. It's milking at its worst.
