Remember that one rumor where sonic was supposed to be an unlockable character in SMG2? while looking for some new info on Zelda Wii at 2chan i accidently stumbled on this

HES ACTUALLY IN THE GAME WTF!?!?!? Im personally pissed off:evil: Sonic should not be in a Mario game. Its never gonna work.

according to 2chan hes the 3rd unlockable character besides luigi, and u have to complete the game as both Mario and Luigi and have a certain special item in the game inorder to unlock him. Do you think this is a stupid move by Nintendo?

lol ok i give up. I made the pic. I modeled sonic in 3ds max, and applied all the shaders that are used in Mario Galaxy to make it look real, but obviously even that didn work :P so much for my feeble attempt at convincing u guys :D anyway heres a visual representation of what i did

Did you really need to use 3DS Max to produce this? It could just as easily have been done with Photoshop, or even MS Paint.

Maybe the REAL joke is that he photoshopped Sonic OUT of the first pic that he got from a Nintendo leak and put it on the internet with Mario so people would think he photoshopped Sonic INTO the existing one. :shock:

I think it looks great, the only reason it seems "obvious" is because of the date.
