I read the review on a UK digital TV page and their only complaints were with having to replay levels over and over for the sake of a mission, and the 'needless' script. They reckon its better than the original Sonic Rush.
it's suppose to come out on the 17. (well really on the 18, you know games don't come the day the are due) well I have time to buy it on the 20 but I definatly getting it.
I played it. It has some nice and unexpected touches. For example, you might be wandering a 2D level and, suddenly, a seamless transition brings you to a 3d portion where you have to slide across some bars, avoid some obstacles and, obviously, collect rings. There is also a cool 'watersport' minigame where you have to control a water-bike (if that`s the correct term, i`m not a natively english speaker) by sliding the stylus left and right (something like the space ship minigame in Lunar Knights), avoid obstacles, collect rings and do tricks (you jump off a trampoline and, while in mid-air, you must follow the screen indications and slide the stylus in the indicated direction to pull them off). It`s fast and entertaining. The soundtrack is cool, features lots of voice samples. I played one boss, a robotic dinosaur-thing... the fight is similar to the first boss in Sonic Rush, but it was cool, and, towards the ending, it moved on both screens (it started on the top one).
