Yeah, as said Excite Bike will gain a price tag in a month, but there is no talk of Pokedex 3D ever been charged for, so you can assume it'll remain free.
Can't remember much talk about demos, but its early days yet. It'll be disapointing, but I imagine that if any demos come out, they'll be released after the launch of the particular games they're for.
