No it does not. The series has gone downhill since CT, which is a shame since this used to be in my top 5 favorite vg franchises. Now it's just a generic pewpew shooter.
With Zombi U selling well and with Rayman Legends (eventually) on the way in addition to Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and Watch Dogs on Wii U I really see no reason why Splinter Cell can't release on Wii U considering it doesn't release until August.
