Wasn't the "ending" a little anti-climactic? Rosalina comes aboard your ship and says, Thank you dearly or whatever. Not even a cutscene? Does it make a difference if i'm Mario and not Luigi?

Not if you think of the ending as the 242nd star. In that case, the ending was one of the best of any Mario game ever.JordanElek

What would you have liked to see?

I thought the ending was alright. I was very surprised when a warp star appeared at the end of The Perfect Run instead of the power star.

Yeah it was movie at the end of the game. I remember beating it when I got home from work, it was like 10. After the scene was over I looked at that clock and it was almost midnight, that was an lol. Sepewrath

but it was an awesome ending well worth watching.
