Bramble Blast is pretty good though I prefer Brambles in the Breeze.
As for my favorite Brawl track, I'll be going with Marionation Gear.
I like pretty much all of them but my top ones would be the Sailing Theme Dragon Roost Island from Wind Waker, Song of Storms from OoT, and 2:00am from Animal Crossing. Something about that latter one makes me like it, but I don't know why. :P
Gourmet Race, and any of the music on Shadow Mosses and Pirate Ship. When you think about it it's kinda sad you have the names of the songs memerized...
