yes but no plans atm, and honestly, its a tough desicion if they try.Its a niche title not succesful nor explored in their consoles, and it would make the development costs soar. Not to mention he didnt talk about the possibility, it was more of a question they forced upon him.intro94man you just actually relieved me of some questions Thanks dude! Man I hope they show it at E3 that would SWEEET!!
I hope they try to make it the best it can be rather than just let it sit there and collect dust till January,OreoMilkshakeYeah I'm pretty sure they are gonna polish it up good I mean it is one of the most anticipated games for the Wii

I agree. The first No More Heroes was awesome, but it had a lot of obvious bugs and areas that could have gotten way more attention... Hopefully they did not just finish the game now and it's almost exactly how the first one was... If it is, they have plenty of time to polish it up, and it would be no excuses for them if the game were to have the same problems when it is released.
I want NMH2 oh so badly! the first game was just so awesome, and I am expecting the sequel to be just as awesome, if not, more awesome. ;)
I hope they try to make it the best it can be rather than just let it sit there and collect dust till January,OreoMilkshakeI agree, NMH had a decent foundation but the end product was awful, at least in my opinion. Very noticeable frame rate drops, poor textures, jaggies everywhere (looked worse than Madden 08 on my HDTV), unrefined controls... game seemed very rushed and unfinished.

I don't think this would do too well on another console, and its not a niche title contrary to what people keep saying. Just because its from Suda 51, that doesn't make it niche, only Killer 7 was niche. No More Heroes is a standard action game, I wouldn't mind seeing it utilize motion plus and clean up some of the issues from the first game.Sepewrathwell I have to say that to most NMH isnt exactly mainstream like an fps or an adventure game like Marios.Hence the limited, succesful but very localized sales
no more heroes is not even meant to be played on standard joysticks. i'm pretty sure this sequel'll stick only with the wii.
The game will stay exclusive to the Wii because it takes advantage of the motion controls. I'm curious to know whether or not it uses Wii motion plus. But nonethless, I'm excited for this game. I'm near the end of No More Heroes right now. And i'm thoroughly enjoying it. If the proper issues are dealt with the second game could be stellar.

Man I hope they show it at E3 that would SWEEET!! Actually to me it sounded like they were considering it. Yes development costs would soar but suda seems to like taking risks. I don't think that it would be the same tho given that he says he'd match up the game and its content to the different consoles strengths.

it isnt really a standard action game
the gameplay is.
the story, the graphics and the music is typical suda51, crazy, funny, sick and stylish
the characters are even better then on killer7 imo
the game all in all was a satire of a male otaku,
i loved it,
but its a typical love it or hate it game, so i guess some people dont get the game

An example of a niche title is Endless Ocean, those types of games will only appeal to a certain type of gamers. NMH had a unique character and unique music but that can be said about alot of games that are not niche. As no more heroes continues to grow in popularity as a series, sales will increase and more people will become aware of it, even if they don't play it.
I'm hyped. Also,Goichi Suda mentions that Flower,Sun,and Rain is coming to the DS soon in America.I can't wait to pick up that game, too,if it turns out great.
Low budget title i assume. Needs to go out fast since it's so niche. Well, i wasn't disappointed with NMH so if they can top NMH i'm good to go!
They have low budget and sell full price, is very hard to make a game worth $50 like that. Luckily Suda51 makes insane games, which allows for some flaws to be overlooked.
Sweet news to hear, NMH was a great game. Sure it had flaws but I heard it was rushed. Suda 51 has given me some great games. Hopefully this one will be better than both Killer 7(my favorite) and NMH.
I never really beat the first one, but it's pretty unique and different so I will probably get this one when it comes out.
Yeah! I can't wait for NMH2. :DI want NMH2 oh so badly! the first game was just so awesome, and I am expecting the sequel to be just as awesome, if not, more awesome. ;)

man, a game that has a man dumping as a save game screen background deserves respect.
just take my damn money, grasshopper! i want NMH2.
can't wait for this one! i'm very excited although i never did try the harder mode on the first one....
You should. The last few boss fights are much easier than some of the earlier ones, if those are what dissuaded you.I never really beat the first one, but it's pretty unique and different so I will probably get this one when it comes out.

Also, I have a lot of friggin games...I mean...how am I supposed to give my lovin to all of these fine-lookin games, you know? But yeah, I will probably definately get the second one because I have the first one, and I will probably work on my Wii titles some more again someday. Actually I have my Wii out the most right now anyways, takin some time away from the 360.[QUOTE="Ovirew"]

Actually I have my Wii out the most right now anyways, takin some time away from the 360. Turn down the volume ;) What rank are you at? You can probably speed through the rest of the game quite fast and get a good sense of accomplishment for it. Use your MK II on missions to earn money and use the MK III on boss fights (it's weaker than the MK II, but if you have the energy saving upgrade, you never have to recharge.) If you need money to enter the next boss fight, spam the assassination mission #18 (at $1500 per kill). You wouldn't think it would be the best because the pay seems low, but it's the fastest way to rake in the money. You should be able to get over 90 kills with the Mk II, which will give you over $135,000 every 3 minutes. You should be able to get over 90 kills with the Mk II, which will give you over $135,000 every 3 minutes.clicketyclick
I've gotten around 125 kills on assassination mission 18 with the MK-III.The key is the down charged attack, which is easily the most overpowered and game-breaking attack in the entire game.Extremely powerful, with a ton of invincibility frames while attacking. You can pretty much kill any enemy or destroy any boss with ease (except the "real" last boss on Bitter, with his absurd amount of health).

sonic_spark
Well the PS3 has motion control too, but it would feel really dirty to recharge your BK!
the first was rushed, and this seemes like it will be too. I'm not going to hold my breath. It was an awesome idea, but they need to execute it this time around.

i never used the charged attacks because I forgot they existed. :P But how can you do charged attacks when you have enemies all around you trying to hit you? If they get a hit in, then it disrupts your charged attack. And when do you do it with bosses, cuz they always seem to be attacking? I've just siderolled and darkstepped them. The "real" last boss is a pushover regardless. Wrestling takes off huge chunks of his life. Please Log In to post.
