Super Mario 3D Land or Mario Kart 7?

Which one are you guys most excited about?

Mario Kart ruled on the DS, but a new mario platformer is awesome.

I'm excited for both games, but I'm mostly looking forward to Mario Kart 7.

Im more excited for Super Mario 3D Land, but i will be picking up both games when they come out, cant wait for the holiday season!

It's a tie for me. I pretty much know what to expect from Mario Kart 7 -- a fun, addicting racing game with awesome online, but I'm definitely curious and interested about Super Mario 3D Land.

Mario Kart is starting to feel same-y to me, and platformers are my favorite genre, so I'm gonna go with Super Mario 3D Land. I might end up getting MK7, but we'll see. It also depends if they release another racer for the DS, like F-Zero 3DS or some third-party game. (Burnout on the 3DS would be sweeeet.)

mario kart wii sort of killed mario kart for me..

i will see if mario kart7 has a battle mode...and how that is...i might play that online..

I am really surprised by this. Most people want Mario Kart 7

I thought Land would take this easily

For me, I got enough Mario Kart from the Ds and the WII versions. I will definetely pick it up someday, but not when it comes out

its just people are more vocal on mario kart today.

I agree with this one.Mario Kart has always been enjoyable but It just has always felt the same and I know what to expect. 3D land on thhe other hand looks interesting to me and will be the 'fresher' experience.

Im getting both but im abit more excited for Super Mario 3D Land.

I'm with Master_Of_Fools. Both should be fun so why pick between the two? I will eventually get both but I'm more amped for Super Mario 3D Land.

Super Mario Land 3DS because its a 2D Mario in 3D and the Galaxy team are making it.

Super Mario 3D Land. I haven't played a Mario game since Super Mario 64, and I'm hoping this game will live up to how much I enjoyed that game. On a side note, I've never understood what was so great about Mario Kart.

MKDS was the best mario kart game ever, which in that logic makes it the best kart game ever.

So mario kart seven will be like cake with bacon on top.

I agree w/ others that the Mario Kart titles start feeling really similar after a while but I am still really excited about Mario Kart 7, mostly because I don't actually own one that has online play. I have it on preorder. Can't wait. Driving games always work well for me on handhelds.
