Super Mario Galaxy question

I love this game and have completed the story but there's one thing that drives me insane!

How on earth do I unlock Kingfin's Fearsome Waters? I have 94 stars now but it should have been unlocked at 80. :/

i want to know how hard it is isa it worth it it seems like everybody beat it in a dayGally66

Im only at about 50 stars but my opinion right now is that it is on the easy side but its so much fun playing the game itself that i dont even care. I dont think its a short game though i think ive already clocked about 6-8 hours. I hear it gets harder during late game when trying to get all 120 stars
