The Wii VC is the one you should get it on.

I have both versions and I can honestly say, get the Wii VC version. It's far cheaper ($8. GBA $20), and it's best version (no annoying voice samples).

Whichever is cheaper. Its essentially the same game, so the only deciding factor is price

VC because it is much cheaper and a larger screen.
