Super Marios Brothers 3 Worth Getting?

I am very excited that SMB3 was released. I haven't played that game since I was a little kid. Anyway, I have been hearing about some screen problems with the VC release of the game. Do you know exactly what this is, and is it a big deal?groovetuber

Get it. At least, it'sthe original SMB3. The enhanced game on All-Stars and on GBA sucked IMO. Nintendo changed too much things from the original on these games. Some musics had been alterated or completely replaced by new songs.

It only happens in scrolling levels on incoming platforms (world 1 level 4) and is faithful to the original game. It's the same thing as when you scroll too fast in metroid and some of the coloring gets screwed up. SMB3 is amazing and is defintely worth $5

The side of the screen has a bit of a prob, but so did the original, so its nothing that will hurt the game experience.bigcalkenobi

I didn't remember the original having that, but there was a lot about the original I apparently forgot while I was playing through it last night. Too much exposure to the Mario Advance version I guess.
