What do you guys think, Brawl to be the best video game or fighting game?

I can go with best Fighting MAYBE, since RPGs are my most favorite games. What do you guys think??

Its all a matter of personal preference (obviously). I'd go with best Fighting game; Brawl was one of few fighting games I actually enjoyed.

This is like a question that Colbert would ask. "Great game, or the Greatest game?"

Truth is, it's probably neither. I (and I'm sure others) would argue that it isn't even the best Smash Bros. game.

It's neither. The best game on the Wii is Mario Galaxy, the best game ever is Chrono Trigger, and the best fighting game is Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo. Brawl is just a great game with a whole lot of fan service.

Best fighting game? I don't think so. So it can't be the best video game. BUT, I think it's the best multiplayer game. If you have one or two friends, this game can last you hours and hours, with all the options and settings you can mess around with. And the items.

When I think multiplayer fighters I think PowerStone 2, when I think 1 on 1 fighters I think Soul Calibre, best game on Wii has to be SMG, best game ever? Who knows there are probably 9 or so games that can take that title. So it's none of the above.

It's not the best fighting game by far, even Melee was superior. I can't even say it's the best fighting game on the Wii, I know it's the Wii but it must have something better, it's not even hard.

Super smash bros brawl is definitely the best fighter ever but not the best game. The best game is zelda ocarina of time but super smash bros brawl is the the second best

It's not the best anything. It's not the best game, it's not the best Wii game, and it's not the best fighter. Hell, it's not even the best Smash Bros. game.

Brawl is neither one of the 2. It isn't really a fighting game because for the most part it is just mashing the same two buttons over and over. It isn't the best game over all. It is probably the most fast action paced 4 player game. Brawl doesn't fall in the league of games like Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, Tekken or Soul Caliber. I am not saying it is a bad game, but it is one of the most overrated games of all time.
