This topic is probably in existence but I would just like to ask, is it worth getting this game on the Wii more than the other systems?

The 5 extra levels will probably make me get it anyway, but I am just a bit worried that I won't be able to execute moves/combos as effectively with the Wii mote as I would with a control stick and face buttons.

Another perk for the Wii edition is Lightsaber Duel mode, but I heard that is only local and not online.

My question is, do you guys think that the controls will be as fluid and executable as the other systems?

Unfortunately SW: TFU fully utilizing motion controls for control. Unfortunately it is a hit or miss system so Id wait for the review or rent it first before anything else. Personally I want to get it not for the Wii simply because Im not convinced with full-motion Wiimote control scheme. But Id hold off on preordering until a review or player feedback gets out.

Well here's my player feedback from playing the 360 version. The controls and camera are nerve racking. Also using the force powers with an analog stick feels slow and ackward. They hype up Euphoria and DDM, but if I simply touch a foe with an object (which doesn't look like I'm using much force), the enemy is knocked dead instantly or sent flying off violently. I'm looking at this and saying, 'I merely tapped him with a small object and the effect is that dramatic?' As for the big deal for using button presses to attack, you're basically using one button to mindlessly pull off life saber attacks--that gets boring and unchallenging after awhile. The only thing the 360 and PS3 versions have are good graphics and that's it. Oh yeah those versions are shorter than the Wii and really have no replayability as they lack multiplayer duels. So what if the duels aren't online--the 'next gen' versions don't have any type of multiplayer mode.

Obviously I've never played the wii version, but to me it looks far inferior to the 360/PS3 version.

Although the wii version has many extras as we don't know how well the controls will work I would wait for some reviews before you decide

considering I only have a wii I think that means I'm getting the wii version for sure but there are a lot of things I like about it. The controls look responsive enough and interesting enough to keep me playing. The wii has extra levels and duel mode and the boss battle with the AT-ST and your special move was awesome, and executed nicely with the wiimote. Also when you lock sabers with an enemy you do that twist your wiimote thing which looks cool.

All in all the wii version looks solid and could potentially be superior which is a nice change considering wii usually gets the crappy version of multiplatform games

I'm psyched for the Wii version. The controls seem extremely promising and like they're a lot of fun. And dammit, that's what video games are supposed to be about. Getting chicks... err, I mean having fun!

Ive played the 360 demo for the force unleashed and the physics are so overhyped. It's not that amazine because if you move a crate by a stromtrooper by a ledge he will jump off the ledge. It's kinda cool but I say the wii version will get the same score as the 360 and ps3 versions because it's physics are decent and there is a lot of extra content.

So now the game is released and the Wii version received a much lower score than the other two. Thoughts? I am still getting the game but my preference for the Wii version is dwindling. They didn't mention anything about extra single player content in the reviews (I don't think, I skimmed through them), and I am not really that interested in the duel mode.
