Ya, the main character sounds like a whiny baby, but he's one of the few. Also, if you play the game or spoil the story for the main character a bit you'll find out something a tad interesting that relates to this discussion....heck even if you watch a bunch of trailers in sucession and look+listen really carefully, you'll probably figure it out.
Will Symphonia ll have option for english subtitles or are we doomed to bad dubbing like Symphonia kidmoogle
I got a better idea, why not just completely remove both the dubs and subtitles. Then we just get Japanese voice acting. I am sorry people but if you want to listing to *** voice acting you better be ready to learn Japanese. If you only know english stick with english Voice acting.

well, i was a huge fan of the first game but i havent actually been following stuff like that (in fact, my definition of huge fan of a game is actually finishing it :P :D which is a first for me for any rpg (besides diablo 2 and pokemon). you're not telling me that the animals you capture talk are you :(

From the videos I've seen there's no captured animals that talk. This isn't Pokemon you know. >: )
hoping that the other characters have good voices. i dont exactly like how they look... that's why i had a problem with abyss. the characters were annoying and i didnt like the story. plus the framerate and load times were terrible. Symphonia spoiled me on that and im hoping that this one will also load quickly
I did notice at times in the videos I watched that his voice was different ... he is whiny in the scenes but battle cuts they are using the same Voice Actor as Ichigo's from Bleach
ya. it's too bad they couldn't get the same voice actors as the ones in the original, though. i just beat it again recently and really enjoyed the voice actors. now it's gonna mess up my brain.
