I just recently got animal crossing and I got through two of those rebuilding the house stages and I told the racoon that I didn't want to go through another one I just wanted to kill that stupid racoon when he told me that he waas gong to do it any I mean over 200,000 bells:evil:

LOL...i purposely did that to see what he'd say... he's all like, "Dont be foolish, we all know you should upgrade..." Im like, "so your f***ing forcing me to upgrade in turn FORCING me to pay you more money" so then i go dig in garbage, catch bugs and fish, and shake trees for fruits and sell them to him just so he'll give me money that ill end up giving back to him...
I'm thinking of starting a TOM NOOK MUST DIE! union....no seriously, he's getting on my nerves, wasting my bells, and wasting my time. Stupid mortgages...stupid upgrades...stupid raccoon...

wait a sec....:idea: you don't HAVE to pay your mortgage...right? Just accept the forced upgrade and not actually pay any of it.
