120 Stars and 4000+ star bits... [spoiler] 15 Stars with Luigi and 400+ star bits I mainly wanna see who or what Luigi saves in the haunted house :P [/spoiler]
I have 242 (yes, there are another 2 stars after you beat the 2nd half: 1 for each character...but I wouldn't call it a "level" so much...in fact, it was an insult to gamers who made it that far into the game, if you ask me. I mean, only the best players will make it that far, why even give us that last part? Why not just have Miyamoto come out of the screen and punch me in the face? At least that way I'll feel like I've earned something.
The Luigi's purple coins level almost gave me an anuerysm

3.Lava Spire Daredevil

my favorite level is Matter-splatter Galaxy, it has a lot of cool moments, plus it was really hard, i was surprised i got through it the first time.

Am I the only one that enjoys a challenge anymore??? Lave Spire and Luigi's Coins were my favorite levels by far. Getting all 150 Purple Coins on Luigi's level is the best thing to do in this game (to me anyway).
I am surprised that so many don't like the Daredevil comets. I thought they were fun, added a bit of a challenge to the game. Which IMO i thought was needed.
All 121 with Mario and Luigi, 8000-something star bits. I heard that if you get 9999 star bits, coconuts become watermelons, so I'm working towards that.
i got all 242 stars as well. supposedly there is a message that says how many times you died somewhere... anyone know where that is?
And i totally agree that the game could have beena lot harder. Much like many games these days, they are very linear and require little to no exploration to figure how where or how you need to get to the star. I remember Mario 64 when you were givena vague clue as to where the star was and you had to figure out where it was.
I don't hate any level in particular, although Luigi's Purple Coins was no easy task. Neither was Lava Spire Daredevil.
Also, I don't get why people hated the Dreadnaught one, I beat it the first time. Maybe I was lucky, and because I didn't have to replay that level, I never quite realised its difficulty.

I'm with you, I have 242 stars and I'm going for 9999 star bits. I'm only at like 3000 so its going to take a while before I get it.
7000+ Star bits. (But who even cares about the star bits?)
I don't understand the big deal with "daredevils". Can no one last a duration without losing one life? I mean, this game is so easy I don't even feel like I've achieved anything. I half expect my 9 year old brother to have just as much success. The only different is, he'll have more fun than me.

I got 242 stars too. Thank god I'm not the only one who thinks that whoever came up with the Grand Finale Galaxy should be killed
