Are you kidding? its amazing how people cant grasp this concept. Shigeryu Miyamoto made Star fox for the snes and was licenced by nintendo. nintendo has the rights. When nitnendo wanted one for the n64 they asked rare to make it (did rare even develope it) (o well i dont remember and it doesnt matter). anyway when nintendo asked rare to make it. they did. they in no way have the star fox rights. they just developed it. Goldeye was a rare property not nintendos same as banjo. they arent nintendo characters. they are rares and they have the rights to those games. although now EA has the goldeneye rights so yah.

Could be on to something there. im still debating getting zelda 2. i heard it kinda sucked. i also heard it was extremely hard.
