well... three of those games were made for gamecube so i say warioware is the best game made for the WII but I'd go with RE4, Zelda, then SPM (havent played this all the way yet, so its third for now)
Honestly, Resident Evil 4. I love Twilight Princess, but I don't know if I'd rank it any higher than 10 on a list of the greatest games of all time. RE 4 on the other hand is easily in the top 3 greatest games ever imo.

I still find myself playing the virtual console and Gamecube games more than the games developed for the system. Right now I'd go with Ikaruga for the Gamecube, and then maybe Super Paper Mario, although it's way too easy.
re4 or maby zelda. hard to say. eather way its sad seeing as both were made for the gamecube then alterd for the wii lol. but hay good game is a good game.
I'm getting sick of campaigning for Zelda, so Super Paper Mario it is. Even though WarioWare should win outright since, like before mentioned, the other 3 are gamecube games. Poor choice of poll options, add something like Rayman or Red Steel or Excite Truck or Trauma Center
