The day has come - with a downfall.

my girlfriend is FINALLY getting into video games, after purchasing the wii she has never been able to get off it. Seriously, she just WONT get off it. Even while shes cooking dinner shes playing it! We have it had it now for over a day and i have only ever had one hour go of it. : ( I am happy that the day has come for her to find a computer she likes, but this is to much... lol its over whelming, what ever happened to gradually getting into games grr.

Mind you tho, she doesn't have good taste...yet. Shrek the third is her fav game i always see her play on lol. Mind you, its probley my fault because we didn't really buy any 2player games, shrek and zelda, maybe if we brought a veriarty of 2player games i would have ago lol.

Has anybody else regretted getting their partner into gaming, or will this get better over time? :P

congrats on the gamer gf. i corrupted mine into loving games aswell. except mine would never rock a shrek game, shes more of a Wii sports/guitar hero2/vc games kinda girl. With all the time u have to NOT play games, u should really take the time to work on your grammer tho..PerfectWhenDead

I think you should buy something for yourself and something for both of you.

For yourself, go with like Metroid Prime 3.

For both of you, go with Mario Party 8.
