After reading some of the reviews, I've been considering getting this game. But the problem is I still need to get Wario Ware and Paper Mario.

I got the game today and I just played through it for an hour and it's really fun. I like the controlls and how very responsive it is, although there are some minor issues with controlls in some areas. That said - the controlls are solid and its a big turn on as to why the game works so well. I say that this version of the Godfather game is much more rock solid and fun to play than the other versions you find on the PS2, Xbox, and Xbox 360. The only issue I have is the graphics, but don't let that make you turn away from the title. I have a lot to play through, but from what I played so far, I give this game an 8/10. Believe the reviews when you read them about how damn FUN it is to play. Very soild game!yoda-san

That's good to know. What a relef that there's another good Wii game out.

I love it, but it's not the best or second best... It is in Metacritic's top 5 Wii games though.

For me, I say: Sonic, Zelda, Elebits, then Godfather. Elebits is higher because I give mad props to Konami for their Wii exclusive game, so close to launch, and such good controls. But Godfather will probably move up to #3 when I have a few more hours logged into it.

 It's similar to GTA I find. But I like it more.

It's one of the better "port" if you may to come to the Wii thus far and some of the missions are fairly hard to beat the first time through, because you face many mobs all by yourself. It's challenging with some of the missions. I like the feel of the city that is "New York" - it's detail enough, but there was still room EA could do with the graphics. There are pop-ups as you drive through the city, but with a big game like this that have good detail that's a given. I have to said it again...it's just a fun soild game. It's one of the best games out now for the Wii thus far.
