Well Apparently the graphics are gonna be sweet. Better than the wiis, so there up to Par with the 360 and PS3. It also will have a analog stick thing and a camera, and 3D!!!! Im So getting this XD I Just hope it can support the Old Ds games Games i wanna see on it: Dragon quest ( DQ8 Graphics) A New Mario Super Mario galaxy 3 And some upgraded shoot um ups. That would be sweet.
Well the main issue what i had with Nintendo where the graphics, after that i had 2 minor issue's no demo's and the online department of the system was kinda crap. Still even with a graphical boost i don't think i would be interested really, because i already gave the ds a try on that department which failed for me in my eyes. i was not interested in the psp because of battery life time, screen protection, and the game franchises which where the main problems after all for me. i just couldn't ditch a mario game etc. The 3D effect is really the thing that sold me + legend of zelda oot, i kinda bought the DS for it (oot), because of n64 graphics. now with the 3Ds its finally gona happen and in full 3D. Finally some piece of tech that isn't all about the how fast exactly somethign is, but about something innovation again. this is what attracts me to nintendo the most. the new innovating things.

I plan on preordering when they make it available, and of course they will do that so they can later release the 3DS lite lol. Still a sexy looking system to me though.
looks interesting so far I suppose, for me the 3D aspect is totally irrelevant because I cant see 3D imaging (i'm one of those people whos such a minority they dont bother looking for a way for a half blind person to enjoy what everyone else is enjoying...) The graphics look much improved over the DS but unlike a previous poster I wouldnt say its anywhere near xbox360 graphics or that of the ps3, not by a long shot. They're much closer to the gamecube really and thats enough I think.

That you cant see throught one eye and the result of that is no 3D effect for you. Well if i got only 1 finger and the other 9 are shopped off during some car crash. Do i need to blame nintendo for placing extra buttons on the DS? then only 1? ofcourse not. You get either way graphical upgrade ( huge one ), and a better sharper more clear screen overal. about the graphics: its beyong wii looking, beneath ps3 and xbox360. still some games can easely be equalized, like street fighter. Still the games like newest metal gear solid for the ps3 is just a bit higher on graphics which is ofcourse normal. But who cares its already a way better then the crappy 2d/3d games they got now on the DS. I kow the technology for me to see this stuff either doesnt exist or at least isnt practical for commercial use but some of us would like to know what all the fuss is about, its not aimmed specifically at nintendo. About the graphics side, i totally agree, although I dont think graphics matter all that much it'll be good to see some 3D gaming (that term gets used for everything now...) that doesnt feel like it came from the 90's :)
I think it will be different, but I'm sure I will eventually get one. I havent seen much videos for the thing but from what iv'e heard, people say it's a really cool system. I just can't wait to see super mario 3ds. that would be freeky sweet.

1) Graphics have not been confirmed yet, although right now it seems that in some areas the 3DS looks better then the Wii and in others not quite as good. I would say it is about Wii level graphics, although who knows what the future holds.
2) I am 99% sure they confirmed it could play DS games, but not advanced games.
3) This system looks amazing, and definitely is a day one purchase for me, if I am able to.
