It says I can't connect until I agree to the User Agreement, but it can't even connect to pull the agreement up for me to say yes to.

Yeah, I got the updates, but I just can't connect to the service.JustPlainLucasI got the update downloaded no problem. When I try to connect to the shop channel it loads for ever without success. I do not know what it could be...I checked my wireless and that is working fine.... :(
mines fine. if you have wireless you have to go to wii settings, then internet or something then setup connectino. it will scan the area to find a router. it will show how many bars you are getting. it will do a test then update. now you should be able to shop.shoeman12This is what I do... but mine still doesn't work... I connect DSes and PSPs on my wireless all the time, with no problem... but this one keeps giving me the following error codes: 51130 51230 and 51330 When I go online to search for the codes at support.nintendo.com, nothing comes up.
Can't. Getting error code 51330 though it picks up my wireless router at full strength and my DS works fine.mezztro113Same here... I know what I'm doing with all of this too... and I've tried manual several times, auto several times... etc... with NO success.
No connection for me, stuck at "testing" with the various error codes on a ****** router. I, like everyone else, know how to set up the network (****** Wireless G) and it works just fine for everything else, but I CAN'T get the test to be successful. This has to be the problem... like I said, I can get the test complete... but get random error codes. Since it's on my client list... then it's connected... but nothing. With all the errors on the official site... I think you may be right... time will tell... but this has me frustrated enough that now I'm off to play my 360.
Add to that the fact that their support is totally FUBAR, I believe we have overloaded their servers...since it is probably testing the internet by going to the Nintendo servers.
Looks like we'll have to wait until this is sorted out on there end...I wouldn't waste any time futzing with setting if your system works.

Due to the amount of problems... and the random error threads... I would change the title of this thread slightly and make it an official connection problem thread...remaGloohcSdlO
Good idea. Done.
Alright guys i might have some solutions to a couple of problems.
For you all that have WEP codes and can see your connection but can't connect to the internet try this. What you want to do is instead of using your "Passcode" or "Paraphrase" (depending on what router your using) use your "Key" or the provided encripted code. Make sure your "TX Key" is set to the code you use. I had the same problem most people are having. Once i put in my actually encripted passcode i got it accepted no problem.
Also for those that are having problems not being able to retrieve the user agreement. Make sure once you get a connection that works and actually gets access the internet, delete ANY OTHER CONNECTIONS that do not work. I had my connection 1 that had the wrong passcode (what went wrong above) and a new connection 2 that finally was able to make a connection with the encripted passcode. For some reason the wii will try either both or the wrong connection to get the user agreement.
Hope this helps!
