For reference, the other ds games I own are: Animal Crossing:WW, Harvest Moon ds, Lunar Knights, Pokemon Pearl, Super Mario 64 ds, NSMB, Castlevania DOS, Mario Kart ds, Metroid Prime Hunters, Hotel Dusk, Advance Wars ds.

That's the one I'm leaning toward. Also considering Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime and Battles of Prince of Persia.
I'm wondering if this game is just like FF one and two, other than updated graphics? I usually love FF games but I hated FF 1 & 2. Does that mean I wont like FF 3? Is the gameplay similar?

Is the gameplay similar?If you hated FF I and 2, then you will hate Final Fantasy III, the gameplay is similar, and the story is just as thin and generic as they were in the first 2 games. If you want a portable handheld that isn't similar to the first 3, try getting FFIV or VI.
