Hey everyone! So back in January I was positive that getting a Wii during June would be an easy task. Obviously it hasn't because they are still in high demand. My question is: what would you suggest as the best strategy to getting a Wii? Any specific stores to look at? When do shipments normally come in? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I don't think you really need to camp out anymore.

I work at Target, and they usually sell out within 3 hours of being on the shelves.

So just ask the store when they get their shipment, and get there right when the store opens.

Do you know when Target normally gets their shipments and when they put them out on the shelf?

Just keep calling in to every store you can could think of, walmart and target are good picks.

If you live in New York or California, Nintendo World would be a good place to start, if not then follow the advice of prevoius posters.

i just went to circuit city an hour before they opened and they should hand out a little card to confirm that you will get a wii, you just have to go early. Walking in never works

I saw one in Best Buy and I've heard that they are starting to become more and more available. I think you should be able to find one soon.

Well I was at Best Buy and I asked them when they got their next shipment and they said they were gonna get one that night and then we went home sleept then went back like an hour or 2 before it opened and got in line and wait until the manager gave me my ticket then came back an hour laTER and bought my Wii. In some way you could say that I was lucky.

You just have to time it right, keep checking back, and pray that you'll get one. That's all I have to offer.
